Is enough air getting through the condenser / radiator? Rad / coolant hose blockage?

The fan does come on when you pull codes? If yes, then your problem is most likely a faulty ECT. Get a motorcraft one and replace it - it is the sensor that tells the computer to turn the fan on.

Their have been cases of people getting faulty sensors from autozone or kragen....

Well, is the car actually overheating?

What do you mean you can feel it inside the car? Do you have the heater on, or the window down or what?

Is the heater on? Engine heat does not commonly transfer itself into the cabin like that - even if it is overheating.
