The mechanic found that the fusible link coming off of the positive terminal was broken. They said it was due to a short in the icrm i replaced. now the car runs good. But there are still problems. the fan won't come on no matter how hot the engine gets the fan wont kick on. also when i jump the wire for codes, the fan doesn't turn on but i hear several clicks the relays. i put a 6v sourse on the fan and it spins. then i put a voltmeter on the plug to see if it was giving volts and i wasn't reading any. so the fan isn't getting any voltage. i know the ccrm controls the fan so is that bad. If the ccrm is bad will the car start? how can i test this component? any other thoughts. ALso i have another strange problem. the car wont peel out. i didcovered this because the ground was wet and I accidentally broke the tires. well the car ****** back and fourth like it did before the car died. so i did some more tests. anytime i try to break the tires the car jerks violently. what could this be i have a new fuel pump.
