14 says that the pip signal is inconsistent. that is the crank sensor, and that code tells you that you need to change the crank sensor soon, or you will be stranded on the side of the road. I can tell you from experience that that failure tends to happen at night, in the rain, when you are on your way to something very important.
51 says that the engine coolant temp sensor is grounded (the sensor the pcm uses, the one w/ 2-wire connector), which means that the pcm thinks the engine is cold all the time, which is bad for mileage, emissions, and your engine.
91 says that the front bank o2 sensor reads lean all the time, this is usually a bad o2 sensor but could be due to a vacuum leak on that bank as well.
95 says that the fuel pump secondary fuel pump circuit faulted, which is usually a junk code that gets set when the engine is stalled for any reason.
21 says that the engine coolant temp was out of range during the koer test, which just confirms the earlier code is still valid.
26 says that the mafs is out of range, which could be a bad mafs or bad wiring.
73 says that the throttle position was not changed enough - there is a point during the koer test where you need to goose the throttle & you did not step on it hard enough or at the right time.
25 says that the knock sensor was not detected during the koer test, likely the knock sensor is bad or the wiring is bad to it.
I would assume the last 2 are operator error at this point, and ignore them. I would concentrate on fixing the crank sensor, the temp sensor and the mafs, after which I would reset codes and drive it a while before pulling codes again to see what is still there or has popped up new.
