im planing a 3.2 atx mtx swap in the weeks to come now should i still swap the 3.0 intake cams into the 3.2 and witch caps should i use the ones out of the 3.2 or the 3.0?

I never thought it was worth the extra time and energy, it does make more power across the powerband but still. My 3.2 swap still has 3.2L cams and it hauls![]()

Yes, they are the same. The only differences between the 3.0 and 3.2 as far as timing goes are the timing belt tensioner and the timing belt (and I think the marking is really the only difference).one other thing i was thinking about i know im gonna have to swap the timming components over .. now are the 3.2 cam gears the same size as the 3.0
The only thing goffy about the swap is the marking on the cams to align them with the chain drive sprockets between the intake and exhaust cam, the 3.0 cams have dots that line up but the 3.2 cams are marked "funny" and dont line up with the dots on the sprockets. When you get to it I have pics.
