I think the title to this thread should have Groundpounders on it as it would stand out more especially to someone thinking of doing business with him.

Yeah, it should automatically come up in his signature too with a list of who he has taken advantage of I can't believe he is still doing group buys for things. Its obvious he ignores this thread and the one I started trying to contact him. I would try to defend myself if it was me. He has plenty of friends who have told him about this but what the heck, he'll pretend nothing ever happened.

I was offered a second additional discount since it was changed that hood pins were then required. I declined and dropped out of the group buy. (There were still more than 10 hoods done so that discount should apply). Did anyone else get offerred a second special discount (like the one to me) but they never actually received?

I had a similiar situation with Alex last month over control arms. He did eventually refund my money, after about a month of run-around and half-truths. He has a good enough reputation here that I seriously doubt that he will rip you off, just keep pursuing it until you get your parts or your money. If I remember right, he posted his # in the Group Buy forum for his CF hoods, you might see if you can find it, and call him up.

yes indeed i did post it on my group buys and anybody that read them knows it. until lately that i have problems with my phone.

This very same thing happened to me. I paid him and he told me that he had shipped the part, he told me this several times. 10 days later I finally got out of him that he had not shipped the part (because it had obviously not arrived) and decided that he was not going to part out the car. It took me 3 weeks of hounding him to get my money back. I finally did. To my knowledge he did continue to part out the car.....

I will not ever buy from him again, and I caution anyone else who considers it.

i did sell a few things that was about it the car sits in my driveway....im glad that you dont want to buy from me....threre are worse people out there i atleast answered you gave you your money back. and am around people do run into problems i am for one that semms to get caught up in thme allot

honestly i have not seen this thread at all..i just read it since shoson posted it on the group buys section. if sho son has a problem with the situation thna be it get over it.im not the one that acted like an idiot or cried like a baby in your e-mails sent to me. anybody that knows me knows how hard it is to get ahold of me lately.....im not a con artists as many have said in the past posts i have posted my home number, cell number and e-mail adress in mnay of my posts i did not received any phone calls from nobody from the forum, the only person that called my place was kevin aka kevmo1983, everything got starighten out with him (or did it not...) everybody else seems to talk and talk nonsense but there has not been a real attempt to get ahold of me besides e-mail.... please read the other threads that i started it clearly states get ahold of me since i am busy and caught up in other stuff. if i have taken long my apologies i also stated anybody that is looking for me for parts, hoods, refunds call me or nobody caught that part in my other threads? oh i get it everybody only catches the bad stuff and like to throw more gas to the fire and not say well gee he posted a number wanna call him?..
or gee i know somebody that knows how to reach him?

and now my reputation seems worse than shoshop what a joke with some people when i have posted to give me a call to my cell and to my knowledge did not know of any threads looking for me.

for the record im defendign my self...i never knew about threads lookign for me... i dont run away from stuff i do get caught and get exhausted and dont bother with the cpu. i am a human being that just opened a 4 bay shop with a partner and it did catch me by surprise at how much time it is taking from me.

i have come thru on all stuff either by refund, settleing, shipping my hoods have had their problems there is no doubt about it...but the kicker is that the so call other competition that is better than me is not much different than me..those that are close to me know what i am talkign about.

i hope to hear from all parties involved.

I'm not cryin like a baby as you accused some of doing in your post. I simply explained and outlined what my dealings with you where...so that others would know what they were getting into. I just wanted to make clear that I was blatantly lied to several times. Yes, you did give me my money back, and I included that in my post.

I was not saying you are the worst of the worst... Just that I paid, was lied to, and after an extended period of time got my refund...

guys and gals im really sorry for the confusion and fustration i have caused. all i ask if i have not refunded anybodys payment to please contact me at 570-457-6159 i have spoken with everybody that has had an issue with me but i might of missed someone. I hope that eveybody could come to an agrrement with me and understand that im trying to make this right for the parties involved with the small time that i got. I did have time at the begining of when i started stripping my blue sho and had plans of making some money of the much that i have invested in her but so far all i got is her sittign in my driveway with little to no time to get any of the parts out to their appropiate locations.

Alex and I squared up. He was a man of his word after we had human contact over the phone rather than emails and so forth. I would encourage anyone who has any issues with him to talk to him over the phone.
