Well first off let me say that I have no personal beef with Tim at all this is purely business. With that said, over a year ago Tim had some issues that arose involving his car. At the time he needed a motor. i had a low mileage 3.2 sitting in my garage that i planned to use for my personal car but seeing a friend needed it more than me i sold it to him.

I gave him the motor without being payed since i figured that knowing him he would pay me when he got on his feet. At least thats what he told me. I sold the motor for $350 dollars and to this date have gotten not a dime on it. I truly understand that times are hard but there are still obligations that are meant to be met.

I am not trying to bash a fellow member but bring it to the attention of others thats all. There has be very minimal communication between the two of us and from talking to other locals I am not the only one. Again Not trying to bash anyone here just making people aware of the situation.

i ain't forgot...trust me. i have memos posted on the fridge about how much i owe you and richard. and ya'll will get your money. communication's been lacking for various reasons...be it lack of phone number, person unable to take calls due to personal reasons, whatever. believe me, i wanna pay ya'll as much as ya'll want your money, but feeding and housing my family takes a little bit more priority over other areas. if ya'll wanna work out something like payments or something, we can work on it. i just didn't realize it was an issue, as neither of ya'll have brought it up to me in the few times between then and now we've talked. now that i see it's putting a strain on things, your $350 and richard's $750 ($600 labor and $150 for the shifter) has now been moved up the priority list. get ahold of me and let's work something out. i'd really hate to lose good friends over something as stupid as money.

As i stated from the jump man im not trying to bash you but more or less just making sure you are aware we have bills and kids as well. **** i have more kids than you have cars and kids so i know about feeding home lol. Let me know what you come up with.
