I went out of town today to visit relatives, on the way we went down a dirt road, after we got back to black top the steering wheel was off...
I thought it might be a worn strut rod bushing so I pulled over and put it in reverse, when I gave it gas there was a loud poping noise from the right side.

I got under the front end and found the right rear subframe bushing was broken in two and hanging down. The tie rod ends and the rest of the suspension is ok. I checked the two front bushings and they look recently replaced (bought the car in october). Is the car safe to drive home?

any help is appreciated...
