So I went in for an oil change at a friend of mines shop. We both noticed that both turbos were leaking a decent amount of oil and have been for some time.
My car has been tuned for about 3 weeks now and was wondering why I get random boost lows and highs under wot, maybe the leak is why?
So I'm really looking at the atp turbo upgrade. My question is what the likelihood of new oem turbos leaking again and the reliability of the atp ones. Hoping torrie has a tune for them.

Sorry about the typo in the title

one of the guys in the Tx SHO group, Travis, has the ATPs and is in close works with Torrie. So your covered there, Torrie is a great tuner. Only issue with the ATP from my understanding is you need to run meth or fueling upgrade to really get those ATPs blowing air. I suggest emailing torrie and hit up the ecoboost groups on facebook, good luck

The ATP upgrade will allow you to run the same power levels but at lower boost pressures. The seals are sturdier than OEM. Should you decide to go down the higher hp path (up to about 400-425 AWHP), the ATPs will make that payoff happen faster.

Thanks. I spoke to a guy at LMS and he said as much as you may hate hearing this... it's best to go with oem turbo's again for what I'm looking for (not really into big power just a little more nudge). Which I think I will probably end up doing. Any ideas other than good oil and frequent changes to extend oem turbo seal life?
