So, I developed a whistle while in boost after replacing the coils, I had to move the rear turbo boost pipe over and I think the coupler split or the plastic split open. Anyone else have this problem or run into it? I'm about to replace it anyway for a new BOV any how but was curious if anyone else has had this problem.

Them plastic pipes suck. I had my front crack for no reason. Replace with metal and silicone.

Keep rear plugged in and hide it in firewall somewhere is probably the easiest. Or zip tie it to that bar above it, I know the wire is short but it won't hurt anything hanging there. Would just look funny, maybe unplug it at a carshow and throw it in the glove box till your ready to start it up again. Usually only the rear being unplugged throws a code unless they changed it through the years. There was a resistor you could put in and tape up. Still looks funny. Cant remember the resistor number. Im sure ecoboost forum has it somewhere

yea likely that rear turbo boot. Can you hear it at idle or just under throttle?

Just in boost, usually starts around 7-10 psi, then its screaming. I can usually hold about 13 psi at wot.
if you log it, does boost spike then fall down or does it ramp up to 13 and hold? usually the ramp up and hold is a torn bypass valve diaphragm.

It will ramp up to 17, then drop to 13 and pretty much just hold there. The good news is, at least my 0-60 is more consistent and a still under 4s lol
