So I did a data log this morning and confirmed that the waste gate percentage is at 100% and the average boost psi is around 11. So ******, should have fixed this last summer but she sure seemed like she ran fine! At least when it gets fixed she will be faster and a 14.13 dragy will be a thing of the past.
Anyhoo, I am so lost. I did a visual examination of all the connections and everything "looks" ok? Didn't see any stains or oil, and the connections seem tight. I ran into someone from this board this weekend and he said to check the hoses in the picture. Easy enough to replace those. I also thought about putting the original piece back in that goes from the intercooler to the throttle body. More process of elimination.
Any advice or word of encouragement would be appreciated. If I take it to a shop I will get *****, and working on cars is half the fun but like I said I am like a 6th grader in Calculus class right now. Thanks!
