does anybody know what size of bolt i would need.
it goes from the oil pan to the bellhousing. looks about 1.5" long and about 8mm wide.
i just changed my oil and noticed both were missing. so i figure i should probably replace them. i called the dealership and they don't know what size they are.

More than likely, the last tech to put that tranny back on gorillas those bolts and stripped out the threads in the hole, and they fell out. I'm missing one for that very reason (yeah like I could really gorilla anything lol).

IIRC, those two bolts are M8... I can't remember the pitch off hand.

M8's are 1.25mm ptich - for the record standard metric bolts do not come in coarse and fine pitches like SAE bolts.

OH yes they do, just not as common to see them as SAE.
