Blower Motor Relay Issue

So, I had this problem a couple years ago where the blower motor relay was getting to hot and somewhat melted, just slightly.

I replaced it and it has been working fine. I am running into a problem similar to that now. I replaced the relay and the blower motor works for the duration the car is on.

But......when I get back into my car, the blower motor stops working.

To get it to start working again, I have to unplug and replug back in the relay.

What exactly is going on here and does anyone know how to fix this?
