block heater

Has anyone here put a block in heater in there car? If so let me know what kind it was and any other info you have about this. thanks :shrug:

I've got a block heater in my car. Came from the factory that way. I believe it was standard on the Canadian V8 SHO's. Have a peak behind the driver's side headlight. Another Canadian member found his block heater cord tucked in there. He didn't know he had one till he had to change a bulb.

I haven't even used mine. I have a underground parking spot this winter. The last two winters I didn't but I never had any problems starting. One time it was less than -30something and my roomate's Chev truck and Honda Civic wouldn't start but the SHO started no problems even after being parked for a couple of weeks.
