I really need to do a full frontal 60k.... fix some leaks and put a new Crank sensor on it, I'm just worried about taking too long or not being able to get something off........

If you can do rod bearings, you can do the front 60K. It's not bad at all if you take your time. Just follow the shophoenixproject.com guide, and there is also one on shotimes.com that helps with disassembly. The only special tool you need is a puller like in the picture. The timing belt cover bolts work perfectly with it. The hardest part of the job is changing the rearmost cam oil seal. Shophoenixproject has one way, I have slightly different variation.

its defintely a 4 rib WP pulley, but a new water pump doesn't come with the pulley so I could easily see how a 4 rib pulley wound up on a 3.2 pump

maybe I'll take some pics today at lunch... I'm gonna try to take the pulley off again

man I found my new best friend haha, my craftsman impact driver... among its hundreds of current uses, its newest one is using it on a 5 or 6 mm allen I forgot and putting tension on the belts..... pretty cool when u can tighten ur belts in about 2 seconds lol

by hand with a small allen key it would take me a few minutes

I'm gonna make a guess that somebody overtightened that bolt which ripped the female threads out of the WP casting, and then he chose to just leave the bolt off thinking two remaining would hold the AC belt tensioner adequately The threads in the casting are aluminum, the bolt is steel. No contest if overtightened.

damn near every bolt on a car nowadays is steel threading into aluminum...

if everything is in good condition it will hold A LOT of torque....

however my problem is this, when you look into that hole in the tensioner, there is nothing behind it..... you can see the water pump casting and there just is no hole for that bolt.........

Well, maybe a bolt sheared off in the hole. Anyway, it seems like you've gone as far as you can go without taking it apart. As others have cautioned, you do need to check that crank pulley and bolt for proper installation and torque ASAP. Your crank can be damaged if it is wrong.
