I joined a couple of years ago.
I own 2 Gen 3 SHOs. (1996 & 1998)
I don't often comment, but I wanted to ask what the protocol was about listing an SHO for sale on the forum.

If you go to the main page of the forum and scroll down, there is a classified section with the title as shown below. There is also a Want to buy section that I thought there was someone looking for a Gen 3 SHO.

SHO Trader

SHO Trader is the place to sell a whole car, running or not. The donation for a Trader section ad is $10. An ad's life-span is 1 year from the original post date however the classified sections are pruned periodically now based on last post dates. If your ad has not been posted in for 3 months it will be considered non-active and it will be pruned. If a post is pruned due to non-activity you will need to donate again to re-list the car so keep your ad current! A bump post by the seller 1 time per 7 days is acceptable, but no more.

Tom there is also a SHO facebook group and they have a place to list items there. I never signed up for facebook so I can't link a specific page but it is a well trafficked site for cars and parts

Ha, like the rest of the stable, nothing a little turbski won’t solve.
Yeah I just don't trust the transmission on those with boost. I kept mine to about 200k and let it go when gears started slipping. THat is the lowest run of engines of all the cars I've seen in a while. I did enjoy it for all the years I had it though.

I just want a cleanish, cam welded, stock V8 SHO. I just want to put a pair of 40 series Flowmasters on it and enjoy putting it around.

If you're looking for a V8 SHO, I have two of them. The red one is a low miles 1996 in great shape. Great interior & exterior. Unfortunately, the cam bearing spun and it needs the heads replaced. The black one is a higher mileage 1998. It's rusty underneath, but the engine ran well. It has a lot of new parts.
If you're interested, let me know. I'm in N.E. Ohio.
