Bad MAF

I'm getting a check engine light. It usually comes on after I accellerate, stays on ten seconds or so and goes out.
I just put new oxygen sensors in and the car was checked ok on emmissions.
The code reader showed nothing new. It runs fine. I can't find anything wrong.
Does this sound like a MAF?

Maybe. Shoot the sensor element with some electrical spray cleaner. Try clearing the codes and then if the check engine light reappears pull the new code(s).
