Auto down

Can you disconnect the auto down module in the drivers door, my auto down hasn't worked in a long time and then my drivers window went up and down sparingly now it wont work at all, if you disconnect the module will the window still go up and down? Thanks Dan oh its a 94

I am not sure but why don't you just replace the module?

That's the guts of auto-down module. If I were you, I would goto the junk yard and get a new window switch pod and auto down module. Then, you can swap out the switch and see if it helps (I think it will). If not, then switch out the auto down module.

When you said the window will go UP and down sparingly, that makes me think the WINDOW SWITCH is the problem, not the ADM.
