August Meet, August 5, 2007

This is the date of the Ford Unlimited Car Show. This is a huge Ford gathering that takes place on Sunday. Last year, me and goalieman were the only 2 SHO's in attendance. I think we should get as many local SHO owners here and SHO the Ford people that we have a car worth noticing. There are 45 classes so we will have a class to ourselves. This event is so big it is easier to just enter than to find a parking space! As I remember, it was only about $12 to enter. It is a nice park and you will enjoy walking around and seeing all the cars. Here are the details:

OK, it's going to be hotter than H (just like last year) so I will be bringing a big cooler with beer. If goaliman could come he could bring the canopy tent he had last year. Are you listening?

The park is located on the east side of Lindbergh, just north of Dorsett. Take 270 to Dorsett, go east on Dorsett, then north on Lindbergh. I'm getting my car washed by high school kids tomorrow (my daughter is one of them).

I'm bringin the wagon just to be different I'm gonna be hung over too, as my buddy is in from Las Vegas, and we have to show him a good ol St Louis time tomorrow evening!
