So where do you have your guages?

Id like to install at least an oil pressure gauge, and possibly a volt meter gauge, but I dont want to hack up the dash  ...

So where else? shrug

There is a group buy for A pillar gauge pods that happened about a month back. From what I understand, you can still get in.

Email here for more info on the gauge pods:

There is also room in the center console, in that compartment in the front. You could make up a plate to fit it and mount your stuff there, just a little hard to see.

I have an oil press. guage sitting in the little box at the end of the console. I've been meaning to make a mounting place for the guage but haven't gotten around to it.

Yeah... Ive thought about the compartment just below the cig. lighter. And its probably my best bet. I dont like the pillar mounted gauges simply because of visibility issues.

Only other option Ive thought about would be to find a donor for a dash panel, the one just under the stock instrament cluster, and blow holes in that one. I think two gauges would fit nice just left and right of the steering column...

I've got a dual gauge A-pillar (without any visibility issues) and my NOS pressure gauge in my ashtray. I am in the process of redoing the gauge cluster in aluminum with ultra-lite gauges.
