Are These Hoses Correct?

Looking for the 2 small heater hoses that go out from the heater core on my 95. They are old and swollen. Not sure if this is contributing to my car running warm, but they need to be replaced. Looks like the one that's a PITA has been previously replaced (the one going from the core to the metal tube that's usually crimped on---well this one is clamped on, so that tells me it's been done before).

Thanks man! Search function has been a fail for me lately. Now I just gotta go out and look at the shape of those hoses and match them up to those in your post to get the part #s.
