Do you know why I don't ban him? Because I'm hoping that the forum will be a place where he can come to make contact with those who haven't gotten their stuff. Sometimes it's a last resort when they don't answer phone calls or emails. In most cases it works.

I do limit their account access but I try to leave at least one channel open for contact. I could care less if he's a contributing member or not, I don't care if he's a "nice guy" or not. If he's done wrong he needs to make it right and if he doesn't then he will be banned.

If he's not answering emails or phone calls, then who's in favor of me cutting off the last channel of hopeful communication? I have no problem doing it now. I'll leave that call to those who haven't gotten their stuff.

So is there anything we can do to recover our money via Paypal? I just filed a dispute, but have never done anything like that before and really don't expect a lot out of it. I agree that he probably shouldn't be banned right now, because this does seem to be the last avenue of communication, regardless of his lack of desire to do so. Is there anything we can do in terms of contaction his local PD?
