I filed a report against him (well, against who I PayPal'd to). Does anyone know his address (to get in touch/file charges)? I deleted it, but I think I have a hard copy somewhere.
I called him and left messages telling him that I filed at https://complaint.ic3.gov/ about him, but I still never got a response. I hate to say it, but he may have fled.
