Hi , i know it have surely been made this thread, but i check other post and it seem that a lot of person with windows problem only got problem with thier switch.............but mine is little different.
For sure i got the same problem. I pull down my windows and it go like 5 inch down and after that, everything stop, can move any windows. " time i was lucky to disconnect de battery reset everything or it just cool down and i was able to close.
but this is the part is weird..............!!!
last winter when it begin to do this problem i took out the #6 fuse (control radio, clock and power windows) just to be sure no fire can start. When i take it ou 1 month ago i disconnect my sunroof because it seem to be the problem...........and the windows have worked for like 3 week (WTF......there is no fuse!!!!!) Finally i realise that the #14 "breaker" in the fuse box became really hot so i realise that it is surely a short.....but could it be just the switch???? (like everyone think it is)
If it is a short.........does anyone have a real electric diagram (not the one in hilton book....not ussefull don't say anything in that book)
because there is just to much wire under the dash , i became crazy!!!!!
