aftermarket amps?? power supply??

do you guys think running an aftermarket amp 300 watt or so with everything that was stock premium jbl will drain the electrical system. also, will the alternator be able to handle the added output???

i have a 600 watt amp and a 200 watt amp in my car, powering 2 10 inch subs and my factory back speakers and everything works fine, the lights dont even dim
