I have a friend that has a 93 SHO and he just called me saying that his car is trying to committ suicide by braking around 23 mph on its own  . I need some help to let him know what is going on and what to do. Anybody had this experience?

If you know for sure its the ABS causing this you could just pull the fuse for the time being and then get the codes ASAP and get the problem fixed.

Okay he just called back and thats what he did so now he has no invisible foot braking for him but he also has no ABS, so should he just get the codes or is there a for sure culprit that causes this?

If the light was on there are codes to be found. This is the best way to fix any issue, instead of the shot gun approach.

Have your friend check the ABS sensor rings (looks like a gear or sprocket). They are on each axel. Look for broken teeth or a break in the ring. A worn bearing can also cause the problem if the hub is wabbling. The ABS sensor thinks that one wheel is spinning faster or slower than the rest and triggers the ABS pump. Just some thoughts. rangerj
