ok rear cam faild took it to the shop they said it didint do any damage to anything but the cam they replaced the cams welded and started it up ran good shut it off and and on restart starter sounds like it is jaming up so put new starter in and same thing jaming up any help they have no idea whats wrong i think i took it to the wrong shop.

First off...are all the cams welded?
Check your ground to the starter and the battery. Make sure that everything is good and corrosion free.
