95 MTX left me hanging at the bank just suddenly died and would not start, got it home
figured crank sensor oh i'll just get one (nope) as she had no spark. Changed timing belt and tensioner, cam sensor, new water pump, tested crank sensor seemed fine, car started and ran while i was adding antifreeze, car died like i shut it off, so i checked crank sensor again right after it died and all seemed to be within normal limits with cps. I love my car she looks like **** but when she runs she is so much fun. can any one help me keep her going? died before the engine got to sufficient temp to open thermostat, now still chasing no spark.....

Crank sensors can fail intermittently. So what your test results are may or may not reveal whether it is failing. For other areas of spark look at the DIS module and PCM.

A failing coil pack is uncommon but possible. When I had a failing coil pack it ran like doo doo not no start condition. That's just a sample size of one though.

Wiring issues... alot of stuff that it could be. The likeliest culprits are crank sensor, dis, pcm. Perhaps pulling the codes will give better clues than pure conjecture.

Funny thing is there are no codes keep getting 111 Pass had ecm tested=good replaced cam sensor, have crank signal, and tested with known good coil pack. When this all started I had fuel pressure. So being that I went back out and started from scratch. Battery good alternator good ecm good crank signal good. Fuel pump cycles sounds good checked pressure and now getting about 8 psi, I now now finally have a code for fuel pump fault
And also used different methods to test spark and that is good. Thanks for your help and time I now have a good direction to go in, of course the gas tank is full!

I prefer to change the fuel pump from above anyway. There are multiple threads here on where to cut the floor pan to access it.
