95 mtx electrical problems

My 95 mtx is having electrical problems the clock won't save time as well as radio and the keyless entry only works with key in on position aswell as the interior lights don't work without key on all the wires to radio have been cut but I went to junkyard and got all new connectors still nothing have stock radio and stock jbl audio System any suggestions would be appreciated first time using forum thanks

All fuses are good both under hood and under dash. As long as car is on everything works fine.

It seems to work turns everything off and on acc works and starts car fine.

electrical troubleshooting is something that cannot be done remotely.

the clock saves the time because it has continuous battery power. it lights up because it has a separate power that is on when the key is on.

your symptoms tell us that the continuous power is not being supplied to the clock. this can be due to a bad fuse (which you say are all good) or because the power is not getting from the fuse box to the clock. you will have to trace that down yourself. it cannot be done over the internet.

Buy a factory service manual, a DVOM, and start chasing wiring.

sniff around headlight switch, I know sounds wierd but I seem to remember alot running through that too and them melting.

All wiring around the headlight switch are fine. Is the a body control module on this car? Any other suggestions are appreciated. I have no idea what is going on
