Are you talking about the DPFE sensor? If you are getting EGR insufficient flow codes and such I removed the plug from the back of my manifold and cleaned out the carbon that completely sealed off the EGR passage ways. This was after I replaced every single EGR item and sensor on my car and still got codes. It was on this forum that I found this as all other Mechanics are totally clueless when it comes to the SHO it seems. The other thing on my 1993 that caused this code Saturday was the replacement PCM D4U1 from a 1994. My new one I put on today was from a 1995 D4U1 and worked great. So I wouldn't rule out a bad PCM or calibration wrong inside of one to kick out codes with good parts on the car. That was a $200.00 lesson for me...LOL
