93 SHO ATX problem

hey okay my DIS book says that: CID (cylinder Identification Sensor) Hall effet sensor which generates a signal to identify a specific point in the travel of piston 1. The CID signal is used for DIS logic and EEC-IV SEFI fuel delivery logic. So yeah sounds like that would effect quite "abit." Let us know how it is coming along.

Gonna swap it and the EGR position sensor "whatever it's called on the backside of the intake,1 plug 2 hoses"
Will post results if it helps the clunker out. I'm still gonna bet my miss is comeing from the oil seepage.

The only egr code I ever got was the 332 for plugged nostrils. The CID is a snap and only around 25.00. The only PITA is that accesability is a little tight on the ATX and the two small hex screws that hold it in place dont come with the new one so be careful not to lose them.

I gotta swap the lower idler pulley so while i'm in there I will see if it is any easier with the battery and battery tray outa the way.
Never mentioned it but my lower idler was causeing a horrible sqeal so I ordered one.

Ok all is well, no more check engine light and seems to idle a bit better. I can't really tell but sounds alot better now that there is no more squeel from the idler.
Next project is valve cover gaskets, plug wires, and plugs. What brand should I go with?
I have one local SHO guy who may be able to help me get the stuff to do the 60k. I wanted to try to do this same time as the valve cover gaskets but might have to wait.

Then it's working fine, a Ted B. LPM (lifetime program module) plugs into your computer improving shifts, spark, and many other factors. Really wakes up an ATX.

If i'm correct I will need to do this to use a larger mass-air meter correct? i have a large mass air 80mm I think on my 86 Mustang 5.0 and has the same plug and all.
