an almost complete black swap! . ha I can dye the dash, doors and center councle but i need seats mainly.

I still have the seats and some misc. panels. The rear seats are in ok condition as well as the front passenger seat but the driver seat has some tears in it.

How "damaged' is that hood?

And when you say trans is toast... did it damage the gearset at all? Have you looked at any of the blocking rings / snycros?
