93 heater blower motor acting crazy

Whenever I move from defrost to auto to panel or whatever on the EATC, the blower motor slowly goes completely off. Then when I turn it to OFF, it comes on full blast! What the ****?

I did not. The reason I didn't is because I found nothing about the fan slowly ******** off. That was the weird thing to me. I'll check it out. Thanks.

This was on a different sho of mine. I have 3 93's. That did end up being the problem. Thanks.
