I wouldn't think so, but this was something changed since it ran the first time. Were the washers the same thickness as the old ones? It looks like Oreilly has a fuel pressure tester you can rent.

I ended up buying one from Autozone when I needed it to check a FPR that failed at too high a pressure. If I recall, I had to use an adapter in order to get a reading.
