yeah, so I changed my clutch a year (and maybe 35k miles) ago. (I deliver pizza in it, so they're all city miles) anyways...I noticed several months ago, it was getting difficult to shift into gear, and about a month ago, the clutch won't disengage at all. I have to start it in gear and after that, it won't let go of the gear until it gets to a certain rpm. it's like there's no point in even pushing the clutch pedal. I'm thinking there's no way the throwout bearing/pressure plate are already ate up, but I did drive a shitload of city miles (almost no highway miles at all).

It's been sitting in my driveway for the past month, but a few days ago, I had to move it, and it was shifting and disengaging like nothing was ever wrong with it, so I drove it to the gym and back, and now it's back to not disengaging again (wtf??) Now I'm really not sure of what's going on. it would really SUCK if I pulled this car apart, and changed the clutch, only to find out that that's not it and that it's actually a bad synchro and needing to yank it apart again only then to find out that it's a stretched cable...

What the heck is wrong with this car??

TOB. Change it.
In fact, change the PP too while you're at it. Depending on your budget of course.
But 99% that's the TOB, NOT an internal Transmission issue.

It's all under warranty, so I can just go and get a new one, but...well...how long are these parts supposed to last? If I have to go in there and change them every year, then it's just not worth it.
