If you've checked all the parts houses, including RockAuto, and they don't have them, have you checked an "automotive air" specialty site like www.autoaironline.com? I tried to look on there just now but they're catalog seems to be messed up at the moment. Might want to check four seaons auto a/c website.
The parts are bound to be out there somewhere.
See my edited post.
Those are extremely difficult parts to find - they are long since discontinued by Ford, and nobody aftermarket really makes them.
You might be able to get your dealer to do a parts locator search for them - to see if you might be able to buy some NOS one's somewhere. But, expect $$$
Why do you need to replace them, they are rusty sure, but why not clean them up and reinstall them?

-just want to update about the A/C line i was looking for in the want ads.....
of course the line has long been discontinued and i only really got 2 responses on the ad, so i began trying to find someone to repair the old line.
if you didnt see it or forgot how it looked it was like this:
thant was AFTER i wire brushed it. but i drove all over to places people would send me to saying.."oh so-n-so can fix that for you." well guess what? so & so CAN'T fix it! i had heard of this place before when i was doing the brake lines. its called Wizard Automotive. one of their specialties is hoses. so i took it over yesterday. guy says: take about an hour or so. i said really? but i left it so i could get back to work and told him to call when ready. well, it was actually about an hour and a half. so went and got it today, and you can see they did a great job. now the only thing i see wrong or bad and it may be ok in the end, is the hose they used is three-quarter inch instead of the five-eighths on the original. so hope fully space wont be a issue on it. but it looks great and they redid the end and everything.
cost: $50....eh, not cheap, but knowing it can be done by someone next time will save the time and gas money of searching. later...![]()
if you go to a hydraulic supply house, they can probably re-make the one you have for you - cut off the swages on either end of the hose and swage in a new hose.
