Just curious is there a instructional video with the steps recorded or a good list of what to do with pics as I will have to undertake the process soon and on a level of 1-5 how hard is it to complete for a non mechanic (not stupid but not a professional)? and how much will it set me back if completed by myself of by a shop that is knowledgable about sho engines?

I got the Video on Ebay from Mark M I believe was his name about 25 bucks. I watched it and seems to be a pretty good source of info. Just wondering how difficult it is to do in the car, without removing the engine. Hopefully doing mine in the spring at about 79K.
