Ok during the summer I need to perform the 60K tune-up for my SHO. I know I should change the timing belt and check the plugs and such. My problem is the value lash adjustment. Right now I've been hearing some noises like a silent clattering noise. Im not good at pen-pointing but it seems like its louder if you stick your near the driver side wheel well. Anyways I've noticed when I recently took the intake manifold off, the head closer to the radiator was cleaner than the rear one, just by peering in the intake/gas chamber thingy and seeing the carbon deposits. On the rear I noticed them to be about 20-30% more carbon and there was a tad bit of oil on the plugs. What does this mean? What handy tools do I need for the 60K tune-up?

You shouldn't be pen-pointing anyways, someone could lose an eye like that! You're going to need a valve lash kit to change the shims, bucket compressor, tappet holder, and shim pick, not to mention any shims if they need replacing.
