doug what size intake piping are you using for this? Both exhaust and charge if you could let me know please. I like how you ran the intake tubing and might be making some changes to mine because of that. I will soon be upgrading to the .63 turbo as I run out of steam at around 6200-6500 still with my .60 housing. I did realize that intake temps were still very high without an intercooler and found out that the water injection i was using wasnt enough. even though the pipes felt ice cold, the intake temps were ******* my gauge at around 250 IIRC. with the intercooler on a 100 degree day, I havent seen them over 150.

Charge piping starts at 2", then transitions to 3" by the time it comes out of the air cleaner lid.

The exhaust piping is 2 1/4" in and 2 1/2" out and all Jet Hot coated.

This car is also out of turbo early. It's got ewnough motor to make more power up top. It's got a .63 AR housing on it now , but it could use the next size up housing which is a .84 AR. It's $250 that I really don't want to spend.

With a slot type MAF, the charge air temp is incorporated in the MAF. I didn't monitor the temps, but I did change the programming to account for the higher temps.

That kit looks great, I really like it Doug.

Whats the cost compared to your S/C kits?

-Sam

Thank you, Sir. The turbo setup will be about the same as the supercharger kits. A turbo is half the cost of the supercharger, but the piping is much more expensive. The oiling system will be different than what I have done here. There's over $1000 in oiling system in this car.

The next kit will be for ATX cars and even Gen III cars.

Right away, actually.

Give us a call. We can talk about pricing and kit types.

I just can't see myself putting a turbo under my car. I wouldn't want to come out the store and have a missing turbo! :nut:

You wouldn't look suspicous to a police officer, or anyone else for that matter when you're on your back trying to fix a muffler in broad daylight on an old car! :munch:

Move to my neighbor hood. Most leave the keys in the ignition while parked in the drive way.

Original questions states who thinks this will put out more then 400 lbs at the wheels. I don't! Maybe the motor alone. Unless it of course has the better diff that doesn't have the pin problem. If this has the ungraded diff I'll believe it, if not, it would blow the diff before even reaching the wheels.

Planning on running E85 with those injectors? What injectors do you have in there?

see there we go people... instead of just explaining to the guy you have to be smart and pick on people, you know its more productive when you calmly explain to someone and not treat them like a retard

is it the growing up as a rich kid in you that made you act like a dick to people or is it something you tried being good at over the years?

I had 48lb Accell injectors and it was dead out of fuel at 5000rpm. So we put the 60's in and now there's no problem with fuel, even if we decide to go to the bigger housing and 20psi or more.

Not enough fuel is a very bad thing.

AFR is steady at 12:1 until it chokes on the housing where it creeps up a bit.

Why the fnck did you quote me in this post?

How much boost are you running again? Which exact injectors are you running?

That's THE car I was talking about back when I picked up mine. Those are some older pics as my car is on the lift next to it for one of the pics. The car does sound sweet and looks stock. I wanted to go for a ride in that ***** while I was there. And don't let Doug fool you guys, he had his hand on that wing too! (He had to fix the way the owner mounted it) :laugh_ti: Sick numbers Doug!
