Audio problems

I put in the whole JBL audio system from a 90 into a 89. I even ran the ampwires from the 90. the subs and the amp are not working. I was wandering if any one knew some thing I could try.

thanks

Did you use the head unit from the '89 or the '90?

Its a new clarion (forget model) CD player/tuner. I had to buy an adapter harness to make it work, but everything is operational now. With the old premium speakers in the sound was very good but the bass was lacking. We swapped in the complete JBL rears (including subwoofers) and thats when the problems started. I forget whats in there now, I think Dan and my bro did the rest.

Unrelated, but does anyone know if a Gen I automatic antenna will fit a Gen II?
