2013 loose shift from 2nd to 3rd

I have a 2013 Sho pp with the 93 v8 tune I noticed this before the tune as well ....shifts 2 to 3rd under normal acceleration are like loose like it takes a second for it to shift and the revs will jump a little until it shifts...1-2 seconds the tune helped firm it up but it is still a little loose only 2nd to 3rd on normal accel.....if im wot....all shifts are firm and quick ....anyone else's like this? I only have 29,000 miles their are no tranny codes, also separate issue.....yesterday I was going down a hill off the gas and on the brake and the car like down shifted like it was in paddle shift or S mode then when I got to the bottom of the hill the car shifted back to normal? Was that caused by going down the hill? The car was also running on fumes at the time I had to get to a gas station.

The downhill issue has to do with the setup with the car itself. If you are speeding up with no throttle and touch the brakes, the trans will downshift to help slow the car. I think it is a sort of brake saving procedure. My 2013 Fusion did this too and was more agressive.
