I have a stock 2013 SHO that started having an issue with the climate control panel yesterday. Here is the issue:

While driving home from work, with the A/C blowing cold, the climate controls shut off. I press the climate control power button and the A/C comes back on. This issue repeated over 12 times on my commute home. Any ideas what could be causing the control to power off? I'm in North Texas and temps are above 100 degrees and I need my A/C! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Have you replaced the battery in your 2013 yet? If not, you're getting about to the point where the battery is likely to be on its last legs. So many odd electrical issues in modern cars can be traced to weak batteries that, if it were my car, I'd start there since it won't really be wasted money. If that doesn't take care of the issue, then get in to deeper diagnostics.

I haven't stumbled across a self-diagnostics mode for the HVAC in the models with touchscreen navigation, but I haven't looked yet for the non-touchscreen. Which version does your SHO have? Was non-touchscreen even an option in 2013?

I replaced the battery 2 weeks ago with one from Interstate. My SHO does have the touchscreen navigation, any ideas or help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Any chance your freon-charge is a bit low. I think the system has a shut down (or will not even begin to work) if the freon-charge is low.

You could try to see if any codes are set in the HVAC module. You'd need an OBD reader that can access the MS-CAN bus, and an app like Forscan to display data from the bus/module. Here are codes from a 2010, 2013 probably similar:
