My 2013 SHO with the very nice Sony stereo has decided my very hard rock MP3 disc is so awesome it refuses to eject it and has now decided it really sees "no disc." It wont play it; it tells me "Ejecting Disc" but gives nothing; then reports "no Disc." I disconnected the battery for a few minutes but still got nothing. I saw on a few other Ford Forums the suggestion to hold the Accessory On button and press the CD eject button; still nothing from that suggestion. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I had this happen one time. I was ejecting a cd and grabbed it while it was still ejecting and it went back in and had the symptoms you describe. I'm not saying this is the right way but I took a plastic knife, the kind you get with a carry out and kept trying to move the cd which I could barely see. After quite a few attempts, I was finally able to move it into its correct position and it's worked fine ever since.

People still use CDs? haha my wife's salesman laughed at her when she asked where the CD player was in her 2021 SUV...

Update: consistent with some advice on other Ford forums I held the start button down (but didn't start the car) and held down the eject button. That failed to eject the disc. Now the amusing part. Two days later battery is discharged down to 4 volts and of course car won't start (I suppose I never turned off the accessories - unlikely but possible bonehead move). I charged the battery overnight and it holds fine; when I got in to test start the car this morning the disc had been ejected. I was busting a gut. LOL at you guys regarding comments "who still uses a CD?"; thanks guys for that laugh! I burn MP3 high bitrate discs for use in a few of my cars with older stereos that have no BT or Aux capability. That's why I have this disc; and it really sounds great - just so long as the friggen car will play it!

Thank You! My 2017 had the same issue. I tried the plastic knife trick and it worked! I think I'll keep that knife in the arm rest from now on.
