2010 SHO headlight

Looking for some help on 2010 SHO headligth assembly. The lamp has poer-it comes on whwen the fuse in the engine bay is inserted, but does not come on from the controls on the dash. Anybody have any suggestions? The passenger side works fine, I've swapped bulbs and the driver side still wont come on.

There's a fuse box under the steering wheel. Fuse number 7 (10A) is left. Fuse number 8 (10A) is right. Check your manual for location. These are noted as low beam headlamps.

It's Monday so maybe my comprehension skill isn't awake yet, but I'm not following the issue. Is that issue that the driver's side headlight comes on as soon as the fuse in the engine bay is inserted, regardless of the headlight switch position (meaning you cannot shut it off from the switch either)? Or are you saying the the autolamp function works to turn it on, but the driver's headlight does not turn on when the switch is turned to ON, however the passenger side will turn on in this scenario?
