Well, I am very sad to see it go, but I have to much going on in life right now to put money into the money pit. Great car, no major problems, all issues are minor, nothing mechanically wrong with the car. Runs and drives great!

The Bad:
Drivers seat has a tear, passenger seat is in good condition, rear seat has a few punctures.
Not really bad, shifting is smooth as butter, 2nd seems a bit sticky coming out.
Mass Air Flow Sensor (cleaned again, probably time to change it)
Front tires have 5/32 (threw on some used tires, they were 1/32)
Air Bag Error Code 42
Clock doesn't work
Door seals need to be replaced
Front ABS Sensors are shot
Some ******* keyed the hood, driver side fender, driver side quarter panel - no rust, shop told me it could be buffed out.
Passenger side mirror was bust off when I bought the car, replaced it, sheet metal it bolts into is bent up, mirror sits funny, shop quoted me $80 to fix it.
Passenger side e-brake cable is frozen and disconnected
Sub is cracked, disconnected
Antenna shaft if busted off
Blend door actuator is shot
Headliner is falling apart
Passenger side vent is busted
Moonroof control panel is gone
Headlights are yellowing
Rear passenger side window switch is broken out of the part that holds it in place
After the front 60K there is a slight whining at idle
Fuel pump has had a slight whine for the past two winters, only happens when its cold
washer fluid tank is leaking (failed on safety for it, lol)

Well, that's about it, I am sure someone could patch up all the small stuff and make her look amazing again, I just don't have the time any more.
I won't be parting her out, I don't have stock parts to put back on. Minus the stuff that isn't installed, but I would rather keep that stuff with the car as well.
Update 12/11/2010:
Just a couple of updates on the car...
The drivers side control panel plastic broke off last time I closed the door, it was laying on floor. The wife knocked off some plastic on the rear drivers side on the car, plastic that goes around the little window getting the car seat out. Looks like it broke some tabs on its way off. I have seen both parts for sale for 10-15 on the forum, not a big deal I guess.
