The Ugly, The Bad and The Good.

The Ugly:
After 15 years of SHO ownership, almost 9 with my current one, I have decided it is time to say ‘Good-Bye’ to an old friend.

The Bad:
• The Steering Wheel shows its’ age.
• The front drivers seat has a tear in it on the seat portion.
• The front passenger window is slow to go up but works.
• Fog lights do not work.
• It is a 15 year old Taurus and has been driven, so it is not perfect. A couple of dings and minor scratches. There are not dents, no rust, nothing falling off the car. It did receive a silver award at the Seattle Convention.
• There is a little seepage at the rear main, but I have let the car sit for months on end and still get no drips. The area is just 'moist.'

The Good:
3.2 MTX, just under 140K miles. The motor and clutch have less than 20K on them. When I installed the 3.2 with 3.0 heads, all the gaskets (minus head gasket) were replaced. Clevite rod bearings were installed, aluminum subframe mounts, and a ClutchMaster Stage 2 clutch. It has the stock flywheel.
She has the one of the original SHO SHOP cold air horns (resides in the fender). The air flows from there to a 80 mm MAF and a 68mm throttle bottle. The air exits out a set of high flow cats (do not remember the where I got them …) and a Borla exhaust.
I have a Ted B LPM chip attached to the computer.
She also sports strut bars front and rear, 26mm rear sway bar with a 21mm up front. The Koni struts are wrapped in Eibach springs and attached to police strut mounts. The rear is held together by a solid H-Brace and full length sub frame connectors. There are poly bushings in several places but not everywhere.
She rides on a set of Kumho tires and 98 chrome SHO rims.
Cosmetically, the back doors and back windows are tinted. There are white-face gauges installed and auto down windows for both the front windows. It also has a shortened shifter, not a short shifter.

The tires have ~10K on them, plenty of tread left. The brakes in the rear were replaced around 100K, the front around 125K. All of these have seen 1 track day, the Seattle Convention. I was in the novice class.

Other new items in the last 15K miles include the following; windshield, heater core, BDA, new speakers, new subwoofer and new plastic pieces that hold all the door panels on. The door panels were rattling, it bothered me.

Almost forgot, she is the best color combination possible, Moonlight Blue with a Mocha leather interior. She is fully loaded, moonroof, keyless entry … etc.

So all in all, I am offering a 94 3.2 MTX Moonlight Blue with Full Mocha Leather interior. The car pulls extremely well. Want $10,000, will settle for something in the $3,200 range.

Pictures to come when I know how to host them. Some are on CarDomain. Others can be sent via email.

Thanks!
Anthony

P.S.
I will probably regret this ...

Edit:
If I did that right, here is a link to some pictures.

I'm gonna bump this because this is one of the cleanest 95's I've seen. In Seattle it made me drool. This is a helluva deal for $3200..... Wish I had the money.

Yeah, I think this SHO was for sale before but was pulled off sale for some reason. I remember reading about this before, I :dribble: then and I :dribble: again. Wish I had the cash, too. I thought this SHO had a black full leather interior? Seemed like there was one with the moonlight blue and a black interior swap, with the chromies and the 3.2MTX swap.

Well anyway, good luck with the sale! :);)

Posting pictures is super easy.

1. Goto www.imageshack.com
2. Hit "Browse" and Select a jpg from your hard drive
3. check the remove size/resolution bar
4. Hit "Start Upload"
5. Copy and past the DIRECT link into this thread like this...
the link you pasted [img/]

That's it.

It would be nice if there was a sticky with instructions on how to post pics. It's so easy there's no excuse nowadays for not doing it.

Yes the A/C works. It was recharged when I did the heater core replacement back in June. It also passed the wonderful California smog requirements On the first try and with no work rehired, even having sat for 4 months.

I was wondering when you would post. You have been drooling over this for awhile, course I was not 100% sure I wanted to sell before either. It was only pulled in Janiary as a result of the heater core failing.

Let me know if you need more info on the car.

Thanks for posting the picture link. Guess I did not do it right after all. Posting pictures on the web for me has always been an issue.

Thank you all for the fine compliments and interest. At this time there is a sale pending. If it falls through, I will bump this add back up.

Thanks!
