Ok Guys,
Started my 120k on my 93 atx.I found out that my damn mechanic put the timing belt back on with both timing pulleys,and belt, all off. I've been driving like this for 27k.I removed my intake manifold and theres NO way it will get clean unless I dissassemble it.How do you clean the intake gasket off without scratching the surfaces?Gotta get the Felpro gaskes set. I have one of the valve covers unloosned but not removed.What does "set engine on TDC to no. 1 cylinder" mean in the Ford service manual? I'm going to adjust the shims somehow. I'm getting the extra parts I ended up needing Monday.I picked a hot week to work....
