Honestly, no. I'm willing to try anything. If anypony has spares I can borrow, I could give 'em back at Carlisle, or the convention. Otherwise I'll need SHOsource of whoever to expediate the heck out of stuff.

I have tested the DIS on a machine, and did swap the now cam sensor back to the old, oil soaked but still worked last-I-checked sensor.

A bit North, I work in Gibsonia and live on the edge of Butler And Slippery Rock

I know my PCM is an X2J, put a refurb from SHOsource in a couple years ago. Have to check the CCRM.

I dont think Dan is dealing in parts anymore. Not doing good health wise. I think he sold everything that he had to Brian. I could be mistaken about that but that is what I remember hearing.

Aww man, that sux. Best wishes to Dan.

I doubled checked the DIS grounds last night, clean bolts and holes and like, .3ohm between the DIS mount bolt and battery neg post.
I did tho see a bunch of oil in the front surge tank. Just pooling up in there. No clue if it did that before.

Should ask, would a bad crank sensor allow the tach to still work? Does that fact that it sometimes runs at all rule any of the sensors out?

Mmmkay, new belts are on, hose clamps snug, engine bay is reassembled and battery is chargedish. Pulled the SPOUTS and tried to check timing with my cheap Harbor Freight timing light. Timing light is getting power, but not showing any light.

Just checked and I'm getting a 157 MAF low voltage code

Erm, anyway. I got to play around with her a little more before work, she's totally getting fuel, at least on bank 2. Issue seems to be spark. Sometimes I get nothing, sometimes I get a little bit. Pulled plug 5 and just held it against the valve cover bolt. So to recap where I'm at on the ignition:

CKP is about a year old, Tach works
CPS is new, previous oil-soaked but still working sensor made no difference.
DIS module was triple-tested on a machine, verified ~.3ohm ground to chassis.
PCM reman installed ~2 years ago, show no other oddities in operation.
CCRM: ?. Fuel pump and fan work normal. Still no A/C tho.
COIL worked last year.
WIRES: Havn't done a test yet but I have a new set in storage. Edit: New but not yet installed wires some to have very high resistance, as high as 55kOhm.
PLUGS: New Denso, forget the number but I think they are the actual OEM. The front three I pulled this morning were wet with fuel and mildly but evenly sooty, wiped right off. Gapped at .042, tested continuity from tip to tip, hard to get a steady probe my voltmeter showed between 3.7 and 4.8 kOhm.

Also, does anypony have experience with Carquest coil EBE1833? Catalog says it's for the SHO but the plug is wrong. Has the little vane on the bottom center instead of offset.

Holy balls can customers **** off for 2 minutes?

Appears I'm not getting any signal from the DIS to the coil, according to an incandescent test probe. But when I had the DIS on a bench tester, it passed multiple times. Now what do I look for?

Umm....should there be continuity between the positive post and the ground? I don't think there's supposed to be continuity between the positive post and the ground.
