Dash is way too shiny

Does anybody else have problems with the sun blinding you with glare off the dash panels? I kind of want to paint over it with something that I can remove later if I decide to.

Any recommendations?

Damn it, that's smarter than what I wanted to do. I was all ready to plastidip it lol
