I have a 2018 PP SHO, 2nd owner now 61K miles. Its a Fl car from Fort Lauderdale, now in Ocala, FL Can anyone suggest a good tuner who has AWD dyno(local guy did not) and can do some upgrades? If not in Florida where?? I have changed all fluids, iridium plugs, MAP and intake service, all sway bars, rear shocks. If I want more HP, what to recommend and who can do the work in central Florida. Any Florida SHO owners around. Appreciate all responses

Welcome. I would check out the thread below. Good info there.

Most reputable SHO tuners do not need a dyno, and can remotely tune your SHO. I would suggest AJP Turbo or Gearhead Performance.

Definitely with SM105 on this. I used to be in SWFL but I'm in Michigan now. You may not need to go as HAM as he did on the maintenance unless you're beating the doors off the car, but that is a great launching point to start your own build. I'd say the biggest thing is exhaust/retune to let the big girl breathe once you get tuning sorted out. Matt over at Gearhead puts up with my dumb questions when I email him out of the blue, but a lot of people have had great results with AJP and they seem like cool dudes over there too. Dealer's choice there.

You can disable the AWD by either unplugging the electrical connector on the RDU or unplugging the AWD module behind the RH kick panel. It may set codes that can be cleared with a scan tool or FORScan.

Get a tune from AJP if you can! Gh is way faster and a good tuner as we. No need for the dyno.

I don't know of any reputable guys that would do everything you're looking for in one stop down there close by. I think @mybigsho is right about Palm Beach Dyno though as your best bet. Buddy of mine had his ecoboost Mustang worked on by them. Looked like good work and his car hasn't blown up in 50k miles... Not for lack of trying. Lol.

Sounds like you've already done all the right maintenance before chasing more power. If it were mine, I'd start with a quality tune from one of the well-known SHO EcoBoost tuners before throwing parts at it. A good tune alone really wakes these cars up. After that, a 3-bar MAP, colder plugs, upgraded intercooler, and downpipes seem to be the most common next steps. As for dyno tuning, AWD dynos can be tough to find locally, but honestly most of the fastest SHOs are running remote tunes from experienced EcoBoost specialists rather than custom dyno tunes. The tuner's familiarity with the platform is usually more important than having a local dyno guy who doesn't know SHOs. Hopefully some of the Florida members can chime in with current AWD dyno recommendations, as I'd be interested in hearing who's still working on these cars in the state
