Heard back from the spring shop. He claims that E6DZ-5310-F and E6DC-5310-FA are not actually the same thing. Yet Ford Parts Giant, one of the only listings I still see of this spring, says the E6DZ-5310-F is infact, code F, although they have been wrong on info before.
Also, spring guy said the spring rate should be 210, but them charts yall keep linking says it should be 200. Now I really don't know who or what to believe!

I don't see the FA on fpG. I wonder if that is an engineering code vs part number. Have you messaged Chad?

So is there any way to verify what the dimensions should actually be? And any way to test the spring rate?

You could probably infer spring rate after install, but to get a real number would require calibrated equipment.

So, if two springs have identical Spring Rate, but different Free Length, that would mean that the curb height would be proportionally different too, right?

So now I'm wicked confuzzed. The chart I just posted was emailed to me by CCS. It basically says that the new springs are not the same as factory, even though they insisted over the phone they are. But also I double checked the links in this thread and there is so much conflicting info. Fred Hurder's SHO garage says my spring rate should be 155f/100r. the chart BaySHO but up earlier says 125/100 (at least I think, not super legible). What CSS says is much closer to the general consensus of SHO vs SLO at 200/137. The new spring match that, albeit different length. Yet my NOS matches Fred's chart. So what in the loving name of Father Satan is going on with these?

Don't know where you got 125/100 from. What my link says:
Spring Rates lb. / in.
Front Rear
Gen 1/2
Taurus 155 100 As used by all Quickstruts
SHO 200 130

Okay, I'm really at a loss here. Just spoke with Shults Wexford parts and they confirmed my NOS spring, E6DZ-5310-F, is in fact the correct code "F" Spring for my car, but did not have the specs. CSS insists their design is correct, and that their books are correct.
Is there some Ford God anywhere I can find the answers?

Is the 3 letter code tag still on the spring? There should be numbers on there that can be decoded. If you can, post a picture of the tag.

There should be more numbers printed on the tag. A picture would be better.
The tag seems to have gone missing (pretty sure css lost it). Hopefully you can get enough from this.
The upload seems to have compressed it quite a bit. If there's a better way to share it I shall
